A retrospective review of fifty-two patients with infected diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs) treated from June 2019 through May 2021 constitutes this study. The patients' cohort was split into a Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) group and a control group. Twenty-two patients receiving PMMA implants were given antibiotic bone cement and regular wound care; 30 patients in the control group only received regular wound care.
